This project seeks to amend Schedule B, the Zoning Map, of the Hornby Island Land Use Bylaw (LUB). The intent and purpose of the bylaw amendment (Bylaw 163) is to change the zoning of 5040 Central Road from Community Housing R3 (Elder Housing) to Community Housing R3A (ISLA).
