Resolution-Without-Meetings

Under Section 26 of the Islands Trust Act, local trust committees' may pass resolutions-without-meeting resolutions regarding any items of business except for the consideration of second or third readings of bylaws. Where possible, local trust committees conduct their resolutions in scheduled face-to-face business meetings and use resolution-without-meeting resolutions sparingly.
