LUB Update - Secondary Suites
As part of the udate of Land Use Bylaw 355, Islands Trust is considering the legalization of Secondary Suites. This project responds to the 2008 Salt Spring Island Official Community Plan policies which give direction for the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee to consider the legalization of Secondary Suites within certain criteria.
